1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ActorBox services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
ActorBox provides scene retrieval and editing services for actors. We retrieve footage from publicly available sources and deliver edited scenes in various formats.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is as follows:
- $10 per scene retrieval and delivery
- $25 per social media reel optimization
- $130 for complete demo reel assembly
Payment is required before work begins. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
4. Delivery Timeline
Most scenes are delivered within 24-48 hours. Complex requests may take up to 7-10 business days. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
5. Refund Policy
If we are unable to retrieve your footage, you will receive a full refund. Once footage is delivered, refunds are not available unless the delivered content does not match what was requested.
6. Intellectual Property
All footage retrieved remains the intellectual property of the original copyright holders. We provide the service of locating and editing your appearances only.
7. Limitation of Liability
ActorBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
